The article reveals the main objectives and milestones of conducting rating evaluation of labour remuneration effectiveness. The authors determine basic regulations in drawing up target and complex ratings, suggest characteristics of formation of target rating of labour remuneration effectiveness as well as the final values intervals for analysis results estimation.
